Clonard hope we have an enjoyable and sporting competition and thank all participating clubs for their attendance.To ensure the smooth running of the tournament the cooperation of all team coaches and managers is required as follows.
All teams should be ready to play by half time in preceding game.
Each game will consist of two periods, teams will NOT change ends.
For under 10 and 12 first named team will start nearest the dressing rooms and wear white hats. For Under 14 first named team will start at end nearest table and wear white hats.
TRAINING CHANGE: Training in Guinness will be from 12pm to 1pm for everyone. There will be NO 1-2pm Session on 1st March 2015. This is because a large number of the Club are taking part in the Cormorant Swimming Gala, representing Cormorants, Good luck to all our Swimmers.
Congratulations to the Girls U16 Team for a fantastic win last weekend in taking home the Leinster Cup. This was a very tight match against St. Vincents, with Clontarf winning by 3-2, Well done Girls.

Senior Mens First Team have a match in the NAC 12th Febraury 2015 for Leinster Division 2 Cup Semi Final Replay v North Dublin. Please be at pool by 9.00pm.
MATCH CHANGE NOTICE FOR U16 BOYS:
Changes to Boys U16 Matches on Saturday 14th February 2015, Clontarf will play 2 Matches. First Match V North Dublin at 1.30pm, then a second Match V St. Vincents at 2.30pm. Please be at pool by 12.50.Leave plenty of travelling time. Matches are in the Kingfisher Pool NUIG Galway. Times also updated on the Fixture List.
This Saturday 7th February the Clontarf u14 Girls and the Clontarf Celtic u12 teams were playing against Drogheda, these matches are cancelled and will be rescheduled for another time. Check team fixtures for updates.
Clontarf United U12 and some of the u14 teams were in action at the weekend in the Leinster Leagues. The night started well with a win for the U12s against Guinness, scoring was opened by Guinness after Clontarf conceded a penalty, Clontarf responded straight away with a goal , the match ended 8-2 for Clontarf. The Girls were up against Drogheda in another closely fought match with Clontarf winning 4-3 in the end. The u14 mixed teams were up against each other with the B team giving the Clontarf 2000 team a fright at the start. The Clontarf 2000 teams won comfortable in the end 12-2. Other results on the night saw Half Moon win against Drogheda 8-3 in the U12 Plate League and Sandycove winning against St. Vincent’s 9-1 in the U14 Boys League.
Both the U16 Girls and Boys teams took part in the 2015 Irish U16 cup last weekend, The Girls lost their first match against Tribes A 9-1, and were narrowly beaten by Drogheda 3-2, they finished off the Group with a win against Cathal Brugha 17-0, sadly the Girls lost out in a Semi Final Place coming third in the Group stage. The Boys started strong on Saturday morning with a win against Lisburn 15-3 and another win against Cathal Brugha 8-3 winning Group B with a place in the Quarter Final v Grads that evening. This was a hard fought match with the Boys loosing 4-1, the game was very tight with only 2 goals separating the teams until the end of the third Quarter. The Tournament was won by the Tribes A Girls team and Corrib A in the Boys competition, congratulations to both teams.
